Refund policy

1. No Refund Policy

At Ayumcure.com, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All purchases made on our website are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, and wellness products, refunds are strictly not permitted.

2. Replacement Policy (Only Option Available)

We offer replacement only, subject to the conditions below.

2.1 Eligible Scenarios for Replacement

Replacement requests are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product is expired

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Replacement Conditions

To qualify for replacement:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Original invoice and order ID must be provided
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared
  • Request must be approved by Ayumcure after verification

Ayumcure reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the product shows signs of usage, tampering, or damage after delivery.

  • Share:
  • Product images/videos
  • Reason for replacement
  • Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
  • Upon approval:
  • A replacement product will be shipped, or
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)

5. Shipping Charges

  • Replacement shipping will be free if the issue is due to Ayumcure’s error
  • If reverse pickup is applicable, it will be communicated during approval

6. Non-Replaceable Items

The following are not eligible for replacement:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Clearance or discounted sale items (if declared as final sale)

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
  • Since refunds are not provided, cancelled orders before dispatch may be offered replacement or store adjustment, at Ayumcure’s discretion

8. Limitation of Liability

Ayumcure shall not be responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions or misuse of products
  • Delays caused by logistics partners
  • Issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
